Q: What does custom mean? 

A: Custom in terms of minifigures means they have been either UV or Pad printed on official LEGO, and or custom molded on official LEGO. Custom Sets use only official LEGO pieces. We only carry the best of the best. Top notch custom figures AlWAYS printed on Official LEGO parts.

Q: Do sets use Lego pieces?

A: Yes! All sets use only all genuine LEGO pieces.

Q: Where are you located? Do you ship to my country?

A: We are located in the state of New Jersey in the USA and yes we ship worldwide with tracking!

Q: How long does it take to ship orders?

A: We ship typically within 2-3 business days after an order is placed. For custom sets it may take up to a month + due to confirming piece quantities and dealing with sourcing through suppliers etc. We do our best to get it sent out as quick as possible!

Q: Do you have a refund policy?

A: We do not offer refunds unless the item comes extremely damaged. 

Q: Which payment methods are accepted?

A: Shopify accepts a variety of payment methods from credit/debit to Paypal. If an issue arrises please email us at galactifive@gmail.com and we will try to respond ASAP.

Q: Do you guys buy collections?
